You’ll start by filling out a quick form to give us an overview of your business. Then, you’ll book a 1-hour call with Holly, the founder, where we talk about your goals, challenges, and vision. 

We'll also chat about the optional Audit & Research phase— an in-depth step that happens in month 1, giving us clear insights for building a strong strategy. While it's optional, skipping it could leave us without critical context.

Once we know we’re a great fit for each other, we’ll prepare a proposal in our Honeybook portal. This will outline the scope of work, timeline, expectations, and value, whether that’s starting with the audit or moving into execution. All that’s left is your signed OK!

Step 2: Audit and research

If you opt for the Audit & Research phase (starting at $2,500), we’ll send an intake form to gather access to tools like Google Analytics, social media reports, and more. We’ll analyze your marketing history and customer data to understand what’s working and what’s not. This audit gives us the full picture of your business, industry, and audience, so we can make informed decisions.

At the end, you’ll receive a strategic framework covering

  • Key channels for your brand

If you completed the optional audit, we’ll hit the ground running with the strategy we developed together. If you already have an audit and/or research to provide us, we’ll skip the audit and dive straight into executing what you need. We can mix and match these services to build a custom channel strategy for your business:

Ongoing deliverables: Content creation and distribution across agreed channels, monthly reporting with performance insights, and monthly meetings to review progress and refine the plan.

Step 4: Yearly deep dive

Each month, we meet to review performance, but once a year, we take a step back to recalibrate. This yearly deep dive ensures we stay aligned on the big picture, not just the day-to-day work. We’ll assess the past year’s performance and update your content calendar, making sure it’s fresh, relevant, and aligned with your long-term goals. This checkpoint keeps your brand evolving and ensures we’re not just running on autopilot.

You’ll get a dedicated 1-hour meeting each month for updates and strategy. Outside of that, we focus on executing the plan. Additional meetings are available but may come with extra costs, as we want to spend most of our time driving results, not just talking about them.
